I have used firesteels before from other brands, and they do not measure up to this one. It throws a ton of sparks that burn hot and long.

I never do reviews on things I buy online. I was so impressed with the service that I recieved that I thought I had to say something. I ordered the Armageddon 5.0 on a Sunday morning and just a few hours later I got an email saying my order was shipped. I have never had an online order get sent out so fast and on a Sunday on top of that. As far as the product, it is as advertised. The extra length means I don't have to install a bulky handle and the sparks of this thing are awesome.

Honestly, this firesteel works better than advertised. If you are a hiker, camper, or just want to be prepared for emergencies, this firesteel will never let you down.

Armageddon Arc Welder

Throws sparks like my Lincon Arc Welder. Flames dryer lint, or cotton balls in one swipe. I put one in my hunting pack, and another in my bugout pack. I also carry the small one in my watch pocket so I'm never without the means to make a fire when I need one. btw I had a small problem with my order, Ron was on it quick and made another happy customer. His customer service is 5 star.
