    SUPERB - ONLY ONE SUGGESTION

Posted by Pauline W - Missouri on Apr 20th 2014

Amazing for starting a fire easily. Sure beats matches. My only suggestion is adding another 3 or 4 inches to the lanyard so it will fit over the head. I replaced the lanyard on mine. I'm a woman(past 70)and am never without a FireSteel, I have one in my fanny pack survival and one in my purse. I have also given 5 sets away as gifts - makes a great present!!

    Reliable

No batteries to fail! You don't have to worry about if it gets wet! You can always get a fire lit. I have several FireSteel Fire Starters on knives, in my truck, bags, and have given some to my sons! I never worry about 'IF" I'm going to get a fire started! I would recommend FireSteel to anyone!

    Don't leave home without it

Posted by David Bishop on Mar 14th 2014

When occupying the outdoors/wilderness, one must be able to create fire to survive. You can do it the hard way, or you can use the FireSteel Armageddon (the easy way). And having a stick of magnesium just puts the icing on the cake! Magnesium creates its own atmosphere -- it burns under water! So when it really counts and your life is on the line, the FireSteel Armageddon brings it where you need it.

    By far THE BEST

Posted by Nick Hachey on Feb 25th 2014

I just received my fire steel and tried it out for the first time. Thank god I was outside, because the sparks that came off made it look like the 4th of July. The range and temp of the shower of sparks is absolutely top notch! THE best fire starter in the world.

This is a great company to work with and the product works just as you see in the videos...The first time I tried it out I had a fire going in less than three strikes and that was in the rain...I would recommend this company to anyone...
