Shipping Policy
Our goal at FireSteel.com is get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible.
Typically orders are sent out from the FireSteel.com warehouse within 24 to 72 hours of the order being placed and payment cleared. On ocassion this is stretched an additional day or more due to unforseen circumstances.
Unless otherwise prearranged, we ship via US and International mail. Orders shipped within the United States are sent either First Class or Priority, depending upon weight, and typically arrive between 3 and 5 full business days (the day it was sent out, weekends, and holidays do not count).

In every case up to this time, problems with our products have been due to improper use rather than defects in quality. Be sure to carefully read the instructions that come with your purchase and practice using the appropriate tools and techniques.
