Repeat Customer Many Times
You don't have to use these but they are small, light weight and handy so I rig them on a necklace with a rod and mag bar. Use any carbon steel blade but I don't have any luck with a stainless. For a necklace there is no weight and no size issues so why not. Inexpensive to be prepared!

Firesteel Super Scraper
This is a great scraper. My kids used this to start a fire today. I needed this scraper in a timely manner and the company got it out the door and to me in time to make the trip to the other side of the world where I am at. Great product and great service!

Firesteel super scraper
I use these exclusively with my firesteels. They are simply the best. Each of my firesteels has a super scraper attached to it. I give these away to friends and family, as well.

While you can use other tools to strike sparks with a firesteel the striker works best.

Super-Duper Scraper
This is a great little tool to use on the ferro rod. Hardened steel, just sharp enough edges, handy ring for a lanyard. I'm very pleased. The only reason I don't give it a 5, is there MAY be a better one out there. I reserve my 5's. lol

FireSteel scraper
I found this website in a link because the ferrocerium rod I wanted on amazon had bad reviews for its scraper. The scraper was made in China and the plastic housing it was in would break after several uses. This one seems like really high quality. I haven’t had it for long but for the price you literally have nothing loose. Would definitely buy again.
