Tiny, yet still above average

This little guy is tiny, light weight, and can be a little hard to handle. But once you get the technique of holding it down and striking it firmly, it becomes much easier to see why you should have this in a back-up survival kit in the woods.
On my person i carry either the Firesteel.com Survival in an old knife pouch next to a bar of magnesium (from which the incompetent flint wore down) or the ranger FireSteel with a striker around my neck. But in my pack will always sit on of those little waterproof match containers with a few cotton balls and a firesteel.com mini... thanks firesteel.com
