25mm Button Compass
Our 25-mm button compass has the same features as the smaller 20mm button compass - only larger.
A good button compass has saved more than one person from becomming lost. While traveling in unfamilar areas I frequently make quick checks on my button compass in order to help memorize the lay of the land.
These 25 millimeter diameter button compasses are very handy to have and are accurate enough to get a quick fix on direction.
Each compass is personally checked by me against a very accurate land surveying compass (I was a land surveyor in the Great North Woods for much of my life).

Works in Snow and Water

I live in northern Canada and ordered this firesteel in November when we had deep snow. I've dropped the firesteel in snow and water a number of times and only dried it off on my sleeve before sparking up a fire quickly and easily.
Carry cotton balls mixed with petroleum jelly as tinder - fire every time!
